One Collective Power is a transformative force in digital well-being, offering powerful and impactful services for families, schools, and corporate organisations. Their approach is built on research-backed solutions that empower parents, educators, and leaders to navigate the complexities of modern technology, fostering healthier relationships with smartphones, social media, and gaming.

Parenting in the Digital Age

One Collective Power provides dynamic parent talks for both schools and corporate organisations, addressing the impact of technology on children’s mental health and well-being. For younger children they advocate for delaying smartphone use and social media exposure, emphasising the importance of online safety, and supporting a childhood focused on play, creativity, and real-world connections. For older teenagers, their sessions dive into the effects of social media, algorithms, screen addiction, and online content on adolescent mental health and identity, providing both parents and students with practical strategies for promoting digital wellness.

In today’s fast-paced, technology-driven world, the boundaries between work, family, and personal time are becoming increasingly blurred. The digital age presents numerous challenges for both parents and employees, especially when it comes to managing children’s digital habits while juggling professional responsibilities. One Collective Power provides expert guidance and resources that equip parents with the tools they need to guide their children through the digital world responsibly. From fostering healthy screen time habits to creating balanced digital environments at home, our strategies help parents cultivate an atmosphere where technology enhances their children’s lives without dominating it.
