One Collective PowerWhat we do
Our Services
From parent workshops and corporate well-being talks to student assemblies and teacher training, One Collective Power delivers practical, evidence-based sessions designed to inspire change and support children’s mental health in a digital age. Our parent sessions offer clear, compassionate guidance, equipping families with the tools and confidence to set healthy boundaries around technology, rebuild connections, and support their family’s well-being.
Workshops & Events
We deliver inspiring talks that equip parents, carers, and students with the confidence to navigate technology in a balanced and mindful way in today’s digital age. From knowing when to introduce smartphones and social media, to supporting neurodivergent children and reclaiming family attention, our sessions provide practical, evidence-based guidance. Parents leave with research-backed strategies to manage the emotional and digital challenges of modern family life.
Schools & Teachers
Alongside our parent talks, we offer interactive workshops that encourage students to reflect on how the digital world shapes their lives – from gaming and social media to screen time habits. Aligned with the PHSE curriculum, these sessions inspire healthier digital habits and digital wellness. We also provide teacher training, enabling staff to deliver our Safer Screen programme and create sustainable impact across schools and trusts.
